Choco Nut Cookie Sundae

Wondering what to do with your leftover UNIBIC cookies? Turn them into a crunchy, fruity summer delight.

Ingredients

  1. 6 UNIBIC Oatmeal Digestive cookies
  2. 6 UNIBIC Choco Nut cookies
  3. 1 teaspoon butter
  4. Seasonal fruits of your liking – chopped into bite-sized pieces. You can use mangoes, bananas, apples, kiwis, strawberries, etc.
  5. 200ml ice cream of your choice

40 Minutes

Directions

  1. Crush the UNIBIC Oatmeal Digestive & Choco Nut cookies into chunky crumbs.
  2. Melt some butter and add it to the cookie crumbs.
  3. Take a serving glass with a flat bottom and pour the mixture into it.
  4. And keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Layer the chopped fruits on the cookie mix.
  6. Top this with a layer of ice cream.
  7. Add another layer of UNIBIC cookie mix.
  8. Repeat the layers in this manner until you are happy with the result.
  9. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Tip: Use a serving glass with a wide mouth and dig into the sundae!
