Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Products ordered through website for delivery within India are shipped through our courier partner if the delivery service to the destination is available. If the destination is unserviceable company will check and get back to the user with 48 hours from the date of order and will refund the amount if the same is not serviceable. 
  2. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.
  3. Your product will be delivered to your address within 7 – 10 days from the date of order. 


  • Shipment processing time 
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


  • Damages
  • Unibic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please feel free to contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
