Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

  1. 2 packs of UNIBIC Pista Badam cookies, finely crushed
  2. 50 grams cream cheese/butter
  3. 1 Tbsp Butter/Oil
  4. 100 grams White Chocolate


Time
30 minutes & at least one hour for chilling


Directions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and Cookie crumbs well.
  2. Make small balls using the mix.
  3. Freeze the balls for 15 min.
  4. Melt the Chocolate using a double boiler.
  5. Add 1 Tbsp Oil/Butter while melting the chocolate.
  6. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate.
  7. Garnish the balls using cookie crumbs.
